“ This is probably the best restaurant I have tried not only in Oakdale, but in the Modesto/Oakdale/Manteca area. The steak was cooked perfectly medium as requested, potatoes were buttery, ribs were tender, and the butter cake was delectable! Service was top notch, but they were slow at the time we visited (steady traffic). Low tables with cushioned seats were comfortable, and the noise was not too loud. We will definitely return! ”

“ So, we were visiting a friend in Oakdale and this place wasn't there when we last visited in 2022. Since it had great reviews and was only a mile away we decided to visit. I started with a smoked Cowboy Old Fashioned and Ysabel had a Cucumber Mule. Both were well crafted and tasty. Our friend Anamaria had the Cowboy Burger which she enjoyed very much. Ysabel had the Chicken Picata and I had the 14oz Wagyu NY Steak. Our dinners were beautifully plated and delicious. We had a couple of perfect wines with our meal. For dessert wen split a Butter Cake which was decadently delicious! Truly a wonderful meal in a beautifully laid out restaurant! ”
“ When you think of delicious food you think of a meal that is prepared in a way that enhances the flavors. This is what we have found each time we have dined at Bistro 120. We kept hearing our friends talking about how delicious the food is at Bistro 120 and how we had to try it. We gave in to peer pressure and made reservations (highly recommended especially on the weekends). The restaurant is very spacious inside and divides in several dining areas which makes for easier conversation with your dining companions. There is a nice craft cocktail menu which we enjoy. My favorite meal is the sea bass which is so delicate and seriously melts in your mouth. My husband loves the steaks and has been very happy with the flavors and preparation. If you have a sweet tooth, you must have the butter cake. It is the most decadent cake served with whipped cream and fresh berries. Seriously drool-worthy. If you happen to be in the area I highly encourage you to give it a try. And don't forget to have the butter cake. You'll thank me later. ”

“ We were driving through Oakdale and were glad we chose this spot to stop by for lunch. Ample indoor dining, and spacious modern vibes. I loved my Seared Ahi Tuna Salad which was super refreshing. Generally I find arugula-based salads a bit bitter, but I think the vinaigrette they used really tampered down on that. My husband really enjoyed the flavors in his Chicken sandwich. The servers were all super sweet and attentive. They had a kids menu and Wiki Sticks for my kiddos. ”
